S.T.E.P. Class (Skating, Turns, Edges and Power)
Skating Skills Class
This 3-week class will focus on the skating fundamentals of Learn to Skate USA for skaters ages 3-4. This class improves balance and coordination by focusing on fun while introducing basic movements such as pushing and gliding. Confidence will be built through instruction and games.

Skating Skills Class
This 3-week class will focus on the skating fundamentals of Learn to Skate USA for skaters ages 5 to 99 from beginner through advanced skill levels. This class is designed to promote physical fitness, improve balance and coordination while learning proper skating techniques for the beginning levels through those working on Freestyle 4 (passed Freestyle 3).

This on ice class will focus on developing strong edges that are needed to obtain power as well as all 32 turns that are used in skating. In addition it will focus on developing speed, strength, and endurance through the use of power skating drills. It is designed for the skater who have passed Freestyle 2 and up and who wishes to develop their skating skills in order to be the best skater they can be.

Axel Class

S.T.E.P. Class (Skating, Turns, Edges and Power)
This is the ideal specialty class to help those working on Freestyle 5 and the axel. This 3-week class serves as supplemental training to your private lessons and off ice training. In this 40-minute class, skaters will have the opportunity to learn important foundational axel concepts. Skaters will learn the importance of the backspin as well as waltz/loop combinations and other practice exercises to create muscle memory for a correct and consistent axel.

Jump and Spin Class
This 3-week specialized class is designed for our Freestyle 5 and up skaters looking to improve and perfect this area of their skating development. The course will focus on jump height, landing positions, traditional spins, artistic spins and creative spins. All skaters will have the opportunity to work on combinations, entrances and exits as well as uncaptured jumps and spins.
