Flag city Open Competition
Competition Information
Findlay Silver Blades will be hosting the 2023 Flag City Competition on Saturday, November 11th.
Upon arriving at the rink, come through the main glass doors with blue overhang and The Cube logo. The registration desk will be located just inside these doors.
Please have your skaters check in with the registration desk at least one hour before your event.
Practice Ice
Prior to the start of the competition, practice ice is available from 8:30-8:50 AM and 8:50-9:10 AM. Each session is limited to 20 skaters and will be $10 per 20-minute session.
Sessions can be pre-purchased online starting at 5 PM on Friday, October 27th. This will be first come, first serve basis and will be closed when a session has as reached capacity.
Online pre-registration will close at NOON on Wednesday, November 8th. If a session is not full, skaters can purchase practice ice on competition day; first come, first serve. Practice ice will cost $15 per 20-minute session and must be paid in CASH only. Exact change is preferred.
When arriving for practice ice, please sign in at the registration desk before taking the ice.
Competition Apparel
Competition t-shirts and sweatshirts are available for purchase until Tuesday, October 31st and can be picked-up at the Registration Desk on competition day.
Skating Gifts
Findlay Silver Blades will have a variety of skating gifts available for purchase including flowers, tights and souvenirs.
There will also be two themed raffle baskets. Be sure to purchase your raffle tickets to enter to win!
